Engineering design precedes the start of construction and encompasses the project’s planning and design. After the project is accepted, a decision is made with the client regarding the project’s scope and details, using a zero-based management approach for the entire design process. This approach ensures that the design is created from the ground up to meet the client’s needs.

- In delivering our construction supervision services, our objectives include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant guidelines;
- Facilitating timely completion and handover of works as per the agreed work program/implementation schedule; and
- Monitoring the construction progress to maintain project costs within the approved budget.
- Regularly monitor, supervise, and provide progress reports on all works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with relevant authorities and government agencies as needed.
- Coordinate the activities of all contractors and parties working in the same vicinity.
